Apartamento tipo dúplex situado en una de las mejores playas de Cantabria : La Playa de la Arena, entre la playa, un bosque de encinas y la desembocadura de la ría de Ajo; un paraje único de belleza paisajística y tranquilidad. Especialmente recomendado para amantes de la naturaleza, senderismo y pesca. El apartamento se sitúa en el último bloque , junto al bosque y un precioso jardín que se puede disfrutar desde la vivienda y a tan sólo 60 metros se ubica la playa . a 1 km. se encuentra el "casco histórico" de Isla, con un conjunto arquitectónico de gran atractivo. A 3 km. se puede acceder al centro urbano de Isla donde se encuentra toda la zona comercial aunque en la playa de la arena también hay varios restaurantes , un camping, un hotel y un supermercado.
