Distribuido en cocina independiente con tendedero, salón comedor con terraza , 1 baño completo y 2 dormitorios, uno de ellos con cama de matrimonio y otro con 2 camas de 90. Se acepta una mascota máxima por reserva (suplemento 10 euros x día )
Tiene una capacidad hasta seis personas (2 camas nido el salón; la sexta plaza sujeta a suplemento) Se entrega con sábanas y toallas necesarias para su capacidad incluido también en precio. La cocina dispone de todo el menaje preciso y lavadora, nevera combi, microondas, horno, cafetera, plancha, batidora, etc.
